We see it all the time — aspiring adjusters with a new license and no training, anxious for their first deployment. In a CAT emergency, they might get out there, but they fall flat because they weren’t prepared.
Field Adjuster Kickstart is CATI’s special pre-season “just in time” training offered for wind and hail and for hurricane seasons to quickly mobilize adjusters who are equipped to hit the ground running and succeed on their first deployment.
NOTE: Field Adjuster Kickstart sessions are offered based on operational needs for current storm activity. Sessions may be added or removed as deemed appropriate by training staff. We recommend enrolling early to ensure your spot as later sessions may be cancelled contingent on circumstances on the ground.
