Important Steps Before Your Session Begins

 

1) Register for the webinar at WebEx no later than the day before your session

Once done, you’ll receive an email confirmation from WebEx with your webinar sign-in details. Be sure to keep this email so you can log in on your webinar day.

 

2) Update your profile at CATI

Update your user profile: Hover over your name in the upper right and click on Profile. On the Profile screen, click the Edit tab and enter your name as you wish for it to appear on your certificate for the class. 

 

3) TDI Compliance

In order to comply with Texas Department of Insurance requirements for CE credits, you must attend the entire class. Attendance will be verified by randomly time polling questions and log in and out data provided by the webinar host system.
