In this on-demand suite of courses, you’ll learn the essential skills needed for effective, efficient and accurate property scopes.
This training has been developed with newer adjusters in mind, to provide the essential skills needed to complete accurate property damage scopes using Eberl’s ScopePro platform. Experienced adjusters can also benefit from earning the certification to understand the best practices expected from our clients and to establish themselves as qualified candidates for this type of assignment.
After completing this class, you will be well on your way to being able to work as an ScopePro Inspector.
We strongly encourage emerging adjusters to also register for the CATI Certified Adjuster – Residential Essentials course when it’s time to deepen and broaden your skills to be equipped to handle full adjustments.
Deployment is dependent on a wide variety of factors. We encourage this training to ensure you have the required skills and knowledge for ScopePro assignments, but completing this training is not a guarantee of deployment or employment.
There are no prerequisite courses for this class.
However, use of a computer is an essential part of the work of an adjuster, and of this class. We assume our students will come with computer proficiency. It is essential you are able to perform functions such as the following before participating in this training:
CATI will provide all of the instructional material you need for this training.
You will need an internet connection and a computer or tablet to complete the training.
This class is delivered entirely online in an on-demand, self-paced format. Most training is delivered in CATI’s Learning Center. The included Haag Wind & Hail Damage to Residential Roofs course is delivered in Haag’s learning management system. You will receive an enrollment code to access the Haag course at no additional cost.
CE hours are not available for this training.
The Haag Wind & Hail Damage to Residential Roofs course is included in the cost of this training. Once enrolled you will receive additional information on how to access the Haag training.
Once all required courses are complete, you will have access to the final exam. To earn the badge, you must pass the exam with a minimum score of 70%. You will receive your ScopePro Inspector badge within 7-10 days of completing the training and exam.
