The Virtual Adjusting Webinar is intended for adjusters with practical experience in the field under their belts. While a brand new adjuster may benefit from the course and will certainly find the digital tool introductions interesting, the session will be taught at a level that assumes a working knowledge of Xactimate, the scoping process, construction materials and repair processes.

CATI will provides all instructional material for the Virtual Adjusting Webinar online.

You will need a computer with a reliable internet connection and audio capability. The webinar will be presented via Zoom, and you’ll need to create an account to log in once you get your invite, if you don’t already have one.

If you wish to complete the hands-on practice exercise, you’ll need an Xactimate license or the demo version installed on your computer.

There are no specific prerequisite courses needed to register for the Virtual Adjusting Webinar.   A working knowledge of Xactimate is necessary to complete the practice exercise and an understanding of the scoping process, construction materials and repair processes are essential to getting the most benefit from the webinar.

is held as a livestream so you can participate from your home or office.

Each session is one day, running runs from 9:00 am to 3:00 pm Central Time. 

Approval is pending with TDI for CE credit for this webinar for Texas adjusters. If approval has been granted prior to your session, you will earn CE hours.
