Eberl Claims Service is the TPA for Mississippi Windstorm Underwriting Association (MWUA) and Mississippi Residential Property Insurance Underwriting Association (MRPIUA). 

Annual certification is required for any adjuster to deploy to work for MS Plans. First-time certification must be done in person or at a live webinar and includes a practical written estimating or file review assessment.

Certification expires on December 31 each year and must be completed again for the calendar year.

CATI is the sole provider of MS Plans training and certification.

HELD ON 3RD THURSDAY OF EACH MONTH JANUARY-OCTOBER
9:00 AM - 2:00 PM CENTRAL TIME

HELD ON 4TH THURSDAY OF EACH MONTH JANUARY-OCTOBER
9:00-1:00 PM CT EXAMINER - 2:00-4:00 CT COMMERCIAL

Webinar and assessment are required for first-time certification. Assessment can take up to two hours and follows the webinar. We recommend planning for a full day of training and exam. A score of 70% is required to pass. You have two attempts or must retake the webinar. Exam is open book and open notes.

Level II Desk Examiner Webinar is required to handle claims at the desk. Commercial Webinar is required for commercial claim handling. You must successfully pass the assessment to be eligible to enroll in these webinars.

How to Enroll

To enroll, log in or create an account in the CATI Learning Center. Browse the Carrier Certifications and enroll for the date of your choice.

If you are already on the Eberl roster, log in using your Eberl profile credentials.

If you are not on the Eberl roster, please note that creating a CATI Learning Center account does not place you on the Eberl roster. 

As part of the assessment, you will be asked for your partner IA Firm affiliation. Your affiliation will be listed and your certification will be reported to your selected firm.

Already Certified?

Certification is required annually. If you have already completed the webinar and assessment or the online renewal the previous year, you are eligible to complete your annual renewal online.

Certification expires December 31 each year and must be renewed regardless of the date you last certified. 

If you have not renewed lately, you will not be eligible for the online renewal in the Learning Center and will need to enroll in the webinar.
