As more and more carriers adopt the CoreLogic Estimate (formerly known as Symbility Mobile Claims) estimating platform, more and more adjusters with proficiency in the system are needed. Expand your skill set and deployment opportunities by learning this growing platform.
Learning additional estimating platforms means you’re ready for any deployment at any time. In CATI’s 3-day hands-on CoreLogic Estimate Skills Lab, you’ll learn:

While we recommend prior experience or training with Xactimate, this course is intended for adjusters with no prior CoreLogic Estimate experience. We start from the beginning and take you all the way through.
Completing this class is a significant step in your training as an adjuster, but your preparedness for deployment depends on your overall development path to date.
While this course provides extensive hands-on practice with CoreLogic Estimate, it focuses on classroom-based software training. For a comprehensive foundation in the adjusting process, we strongly recommend registering for the CATI Certified Adjuster —Residential Essentials course. This immersive program offers hands-on training in the overall claims adjusting process including coverage, communication, safety, scoping, and estimating using claim simulations in structural mockups to prepare you for real-world scenarios.
Please note that deployment is dependent on a variety of factors and completing this training does not guarantee placement on a deployment with Eberl. Please note that adjusters are subject to a background check prior to deployment and a prohibitive finding on your report may result in disqualification from future opportunities.
There are no specific course pre-requisites for CoreLogic Estimate Skills Lab. We do recommend prior training or experience with Xactimate, however.
This course does require significant computer use. If you struggle with basic computer skills, you will be unlikely to succeed in this course—or the job of an adjuster.
To be successful, at a very minimum you will need:
Limited computer skills are one of the biggest reasons new adjusters are defeated in the field. We strongly urge you to be honest with yourself about your abilities and take a basic computer skills course before enrolling if these tasks are challenging to you.
CATI will provide all of the instructional material, computer, and software you need for this class.
You should plan to bring:
In addition to the requirements listed above, you’ll need your own computer for this course. CATI will provide access to a training license for CoreLogic Estimate, but you must have the program installed on your computer before class begins.
We will send you detailed instructions for downloading and logging into the program after you enroll. These steps must be completed prior to the start of class. Out of respect for all participants, instructors may require you to reschedule if the setup is not finished beforehand.
