CATI is committed to the health and safety of all our students and instructors during the COVID-19 crisis.
While we’ll make every effort to maintain our class schedule, with rapidly changing circumstances on the ground, our calendar and our protocols may change with little notice. Please contact us before you register for class for the most up to date plans.
For training held in-person at our facility, compliance with all federal, state and local guidelines in place at the time of your class is paramount to ensure everyone’s safety.
At this time, masks are not required for students attending classes at our training facilities in Dallas. Individuals are encouraged to wear masks should they wish to do so. Please note this guidance may change as conditions and recommendations change.
To assist us in doing all we can to provide for everyone’s safety at our facility, please make note of the following additional expectations.
What CATI will do:
- In-person classroom activities will be held at our facility, observing enhanced social distancing and sanitation protocols.
- CATI will provide a safe and sanitary facility. Our housekeeping team will disinfect all spaces utilized in our facility daily, including kitchen, restroom, classroom, mockup, and other common spaces as needed.
- Our student numbers will be limited, and classrooms will be configured for seating with additional space between students.
- Hand sanitizer dispensers are located throughout the buildings.
What CATI asks you to do:
- If you are showing any signs or symptoms of any illness or have been exposed to anyone who has tested positive for the virus within the past 14 days, we ask that you not come to the school. Please call us to reschedule your class or exam.
- While you are at the CATI facility, if we notice at any time that you appear to be displaying symptoms, we will address this with you and may ask you to leave the building.
- Please wash your hands frequently with soap, for at least 20 seconds. When not possible to wash your hands, please use the hand sanitizer available throughout the building until you are able to wash with soap and water.
- Please avoid touching your eyes, nose and mouth and avoid touching other surfaces before you have washed your hands.
- As much as possible, please respect the 6-foot social distance recommendations issued by the CDC and facilitated in our classrooms and other common areas.
