Will Willingham, CPCU, LPCS, AIC

Director of Education

Will Willingham leads our highly qualified team of instructors to train new and experienced independent adjusters and insurance company staff. Will has over 20 years of claims experience across multiple disciplines as an independent adjuster, staff adjuster, manager, business owner and trainer, and across multiple lines of business in auto, property, casualty, personal, commercial and excess and surplus lines. Will is the author of Adjustments: a novel.

Assistant Director of Education

Jorge Garza brings over 22 years of property claim experience as and adjuster and manager for major national carriers as well as an independent adjuster and operations manager to his role as Assistant Director of Education. Jorge is lead instructor for the Catastrophe Adjuster Training Institute, teaching classes in adjuster licensing, scoping, Xactimate, and virtual adjusting.

Digital Marketing & Instructional Development Specialist

Alaina Odessa provides instructional and marketing support to Catastrophe Adjuster Training Institute and U.S. Adjusting Services, developing and executing digital marketing strategies. With over 16 years of experience as a coach, trainer, author, motivational speaker and television host and a Master’s degree in Human Resources, Alaina brings a wealth of expertise to the educational process and digital space.

Roy Kneese

Roy Kneese

Instructor

Roy is a veteran of multiple catastrophes, including hurricanes Andrew, Katrina, Wilma, and Rita. Prior to his current role as an instructor at CATI, Roy served at Nationwide Insurance for over 30 years, including as CAT Coordinator, Claims Trainer and Claims Field Manager. Roy managed a team of 9 adjusters, and cross trained them to do Auto and Property losses and oversaw catastrophe operations.
