From the time you walk in the door, you will be immersed in hands-on training in our 14,000-square foot facility which showcases 30+ damage and material mockup structures including an 850-square-foot house, standard and steep roofs, bathrooms, kitchens, closets, living spaces, fences and sheds – all with simulated storm or fire damage. You will climb roofs, including, for some classes, one of the only rope and harness mockup structures in the country. You will have the opportunity to measure, scope and diagram actual examples of claim assignments that adjusters face on a daily basis, including wind, hail, water, fire, tropical storms and freeze damage for auto and property claims. You will learn how to complete hand-written estimates from start to finish and experience the highest level of software training including Xactimate and CCC One in our computer labs and simulators.
